They will treat your project and your home like it was their project, at their home. Their communication and customer service are superlative. Our scope of work was large, and while our project did not go off flawlessly (do they ever), what impressed us was the professionalism and transparency that U-Siding demonstrated when issues did arise. We haven't had any issues with work they performed, but we know that, if we did, U-Siding ensure that great outcome that they delivered is a lasting outcome for our family. The reason they offer a 15 year warranty is because the work is that good.

09/06/2023U-Siding did an excellent job replacing 3 entry doors and 2 storm doors at our home. When they were on-site, I asked if they could replace the trim around the garage doors. I had a quote by the next day and they were able to complete it as the doors were being installed. Every interaction that we had with the company was both friendly and professional; from scheduling the initial appointment, getting the quote, receiving a contract, installation of the doors and follow-up to make sure that the job was done to our satisfaction. In addition, the availability of the staff was excellent. My calls and texts were always returned within 24 hours, but typically within the hour. And not only did I have the contact information for the president and project manager, but also to their backups just in case they were needed. This is how all businesses should be operated.

9/04/2023Excellent experience from start to finish. The entire crew at U-Siding has made us customers for life! Phil went above and beyond to make the stucco remediation on our newly purchased forever home a smooth process. Qu and Mark also made us feel like we were their only customers despite being busy with so many other jobs. Even the crew who did the work (special shout outs to Alfredo, Tony and Claudio) cared for our home, property and landscaping like it was their own. Every member of the U-Siding team is knowledgeable, highly skilled, courteous and detail-oriented. They anticipated our needs throughout the project and left us with an absolutely beautiful finished project. We are excited to move forward with other projects on our list (e.g., backyard pool). 8/31/2023U-Siding helped us with siding, patio and water damage repair. They were fantastic! Response time, professionalism, scheduling, and subject matter expertise was on point and made our restoration an easy and pleasant experience. We had water damage to our exterior wall from improper patio installation from eleven years ago. U-Siding was able to quickly schedule the job, and adjust to unexpected damages, and finish with minimal time shifts and additional costs. 8/31/2023We began by hiring U-Siding for our stucco-to-siding project. Out of the contractors we considered, Mike was the most professional and knowledgeable as we were doing research. Because of his responsiveness and thorough information, we felt confident that we would get good value for a quality product with U-Siding. We continued to be happy with the work they did throughout our evolving exterior project - siding, trim, roof, gutters. 8/17/2023We had been trying for 2 months to get someone to come to our house and quote a deck replacement. I had almost given up as everyone wanted to just quote me over the phone. Enter Q at U-Siding. He came to the house. Reviewed what I wanted to do and explained to me what we could do and how they would best do it. I was actually surprised how easy he made it for me to understand what he was talking about. They provided many different options and worked with us to make sure what we wanted to fit into our budget and timeline (the last one being huge as we wanted the deck in place before a major holiday). They helped us pick materials and made sure both my wife and I were comfortable with the whole project. Start to finish the project was well planned and professionally completed. I can’t thank them enough and I know we will enjoy our deck for years to come!

8/01/2023We hired U-Siding to get our new deck. We had a wooden deck before that was old and damaged. We decided to replace all the wood with composite material (we used timbertech). The crew at U-Siding is wonderful. From the estimates to the completion of the job, we had very good communication, frequent updates and utmost professionalism. The deck is now complete and looks just fantastic. They really know what they are doing. They detected some issues with the previous installation and fixed all of them. Re-decking was not a simple task and the workers were really good at leveling everything and installing the railings and deck boards. We also have new lighting system. It truly look amazing. The whole project was completed timely and effectively. I would highly recommend U-Siding for any deck project. I will use this company next year for siding replacement too. Thank you U-Siding!!!
